I, the undersigned ("Participant"), in consideration of my participation in a filmed simulation session ("the Production") produced by Parallax Shooting Solutions ("Producer"), and for other good and valuable consideration the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, agree to the following:

1. Grant of Rights

I grant Producer, its successors, assigns, and licensees the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, photograph, film, and otherwise capture my voice, likeness, image, statements, and performance during the Production, and to use, reuse, edit, modify, publish, distribute, exhibit, license, sublicense, and exploit such recordings in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to: YouTube and other video-sharing platforms Social media in all forms (including short-form derivatives, clips, and excerpts) Producer's website and promotional materials Editorial, documentary, and journalistic contexts Educational and training materials Advertising and marketing for Producer and its affiliates

2. Consideration

I acknowledge that the consideration for my participation and for all rights granted in this Release may take the form of monetary compensation, the experience of participation itself, the opportunity to receive a personal video record of the session, or a combination of these. I am not entitled to any additional payment, royalty, or residual based on Producer's use of the recordings.

3. Editorial Discretion

I acknowledge that Producer has sole discretion over how the recordings are edited, presented,contextualized, and distributed, including the right to use my likeness and performance alongside other participants, commentary, and editorial framing. I will not have approval rights over the final cut or how my footage is used.

4. Waiver of Claims

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any uses of the recordings. I release Producer, its successors, assigns, licensees, and employees from any and all claims arising out of the recording or use of the recordings, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, right of publicity, or any other personal or property right.

5. Voluntary Participation

I confirm that my participation is voluntary, that I am at least 18 years of age, and that I have read this Release in full and had the opportunity to ask questions about its terms before signing.

6. Conduct During Filming

I understand and agree that:

• I will follow all safety instructions provided by Producer's staff
• I will not bring firearms or live weapons to the filming location
• I will not disclose the specific scenarios I encounter to other potential participants
• I will participate in good faith in the debrief portion of the session

7. No Promise of Outcome or Result

I acknowledge that the Production is a simulation and educational exercise. Producer makes no representation about my performance during the session, the realism of the scenarios, or the application of any skills demonstrated to real-world situations. The Production is not a substitute for professional firearms instruction, self-defense training, or law enforcement training.

8. Likeness After the Fact

I understand that once the recordings have been published, Producer has no obligation to remove, take down, alter, or stop using my likeness at my request, and that the rights granted in this Release survive any later change of mind on my part.

9. Severability and Governing Law

If any provision of this Release is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. This Release is governed by the laws of Oregon.

10. Entire Agreement

This Release constitutes the entire agreement between Participant and Producer regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes any prior understandings, written or oral.
